Kelsey and Collin's Engagement Session {San Francisco Engagement Pictures, San Francisco Wedding Photographer, Palace of Fine Arts Engagement photos}

Like I mentioned in the "sneak peek" post for Kelsey and Collin, I've know Kelsey for over 10 years. We were besties in High School! As I was prepping these for the blog it made me laugh! So many of these little "looks" she was giving Collin bring me back to so many memories of Kelsey. She is such a kind, sweet, gentle soul. She always brings joy into your life whenever she is around. She is quirky, smart, and HILARIOUS! It was such a pleasure getting to photograph her and Collin! Just seeing those same facial expressions she used to make in our "carefree" high school days makes me confident that she is truly happy today in her life with Collin! I dug up some old photos of Kelsey and I but I haven't loaded them into my computer yet so those are still to come.... be prepared they are pretty funny!
If you didn't read the sneak peek blog, my good friend and photographer, Meghan Wiesman did this shoot with me. So I tried to not post too many that were the same as she had. Her and I teamed up on this shoot and shot the same poses but from different angles. Trying to see how many perspectives we could get as a team. Although it was hard to not sneak in and grab the shot from the same angle when we saw how good it was! So we did have a handfull of the same shots but for the most part we got some great things together! Check out her blog to see what she captured. http://www.meghanwiesmanphotographyblog.com/2011/07/engaged-in-the-city-san-francisco-engagment-photography/

I love these three on the bottom! Collin was mocking Kelsey for a funny fake smile she made and they just busted up laughing! I love when people don't take themselves too seriously. You always have more fun that way!!

The Stirnus Wedding {firefighter wedding, sonoma county wedding photographer, Oakmont Wedding Photos}

I've already posted a "sneak peek" with a few of my favorites. So then I sat down to pull out the ones I wanted to share with everyone and I ended up with over 100! So since there are SOOO many photos I thought I'd keep the words short, sweet and only bullet points! This couple ROCKS, I LOVE them so much. A good connection between photographer, couple, and family is KEY! Fire Trucks, gorgeous couple, great venue, fun bridal party, Grandpa or "Pa" that makes you cry = SUCCESS!!!

this picture was hard to read so I zoomed in and sharpened it a bit, it normally doesn't look that rigid....

Gabe and Veronica were snuggling and smootching while I was wondering around finding good shade and luckily I caught them in this moment. After they kissed Veronica was a little teared up and Gabe turned to me and said, "that's the look of true love" ... did I mention that I love these two???

I love the picture below where Gabe is messing with his ring. It's something he will do for the next year! I was about to delete the image but thought maybe it would be a funny picture for them to look at during their 50th wedding anniversary that might bring back the memories of his first year when he was adjusting to his ring.

Veronica was raised by her Grandpa (who likes no he insists on being called Pa) You could just tell how much this man loved his Granddaughter. He almost got me going at the ceremony but he sure did make up for it during his Father Daughter dance. I balled like a big baby! Luckily he did too and he had to wipe the tears from the inside of his glasses so I took that opportunity to wipe off my viewfinder!
